Description: Provides deterministic, tamper-evident audit trails,
        externally authenticated electronic signatures, explicit

        requirement-risk-control-test traceability, objective-evidence
        verification, and read-only ecosystem engineering-readiness
        checks for PhysioExperiment records and packages. Reports
        expose structural, linkage, record-state, signature, privacy,
        traceability, and package-readiness findings without repairing
        stored evidence. These technical controls and documentation
        aids do not determine device status, assign risk acceptability,
        authorize release, or establish conformity with a regulatory
        framework or standard.
